Gallery 340: A Short Workout
I've been asked to do more ballet pictures. Actually, in my opinion, I lack the grace to do so, but as a short workout, a ballet theme is always nice. I should do short workouts like this much more often.
A short warm up, then light but prolonged stretching. Very effective.
